Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time :
In general, shipments are in transit for 7 – 10 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). The order handling time is 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
We use the USPS to deliver the product.
Change of Delivery Address:

If you change your mind within 24h we are able to accept cancellations. If an order passed 24h, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

You have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
